Has anyone seen an announcement? I mean, other than the text on the website, which doesn't even have a date, let alone some decomission plan?
I'll go back to maintain my own RBL. Does anyone know a realiable source for dialup IP number ranges? Preferably pullable by http or rsync, in a format that can be converted to a zone file easily and without having to list every single IP number of the network?
