Grand Canyon! What a wonderful sight!

Um, I mean:

When we arrived, it was quite cloudy, but the weather cleared up fast and we had a wonderful sight at Grand Canyon. Stops included Yavapai Observation Station, Mather Point, Pima Point, Hermits Rest, Hopi Point, Grand View Point
and Desert View. There was still some snow and the hiking poles were really useful on icy ways.

As scenic Grand Canyon is, the signage is just terrible. We were misdirected a couple of times. That's not limited to the park, though. I drove on a vista point outside the park that was just a small lane of asphalt with no chance to turn around with the RV. I had to back off to highway 64. Not something I always wanted to do with a 34 ft vehicle...

Oh, and while I'm ranting: Dear Woodall's. Three miles North of Haul Rd is hard to find if Haul Rd does not have a road sign. Furthermore, there are no signs to the campground after those three miles. The official entrance is 4 miles further North. How about "5 miles North of Glen Canyon Dam"? That would be correct and easy to find.
